Jon graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in Physiotherapy in 2009 having already completed a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Nottingham Trent University.
He has a special interest in combining manual therapy and specific strength and conditioning training to help patients overcome injuries such as recurrent back pain, knee pain and shoulder pain. This enables him to focus on treating the cause of the injury rather than just the symptoms, he designs treatment and rehabilitation programmes that fit to a patient's lifestyle. He is also a qualified Mat Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer and combines this when treating patients. He has recently upskilled and offers Laryngeal Manual Therapy, which is great for treating TMJ issues and also supporting the vocal health of singers and actors in London and beyond. Jon has worked with a range of sports professionals, including tennis players, cyclists and distance runners focusing on rehabilitating them so they can safely return to their sport and prevent further injuries. He has also competed nationally in tennis, water polo and trampolining.
