Ryan Kinlock
SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST
Ryan became interested in the sports therapy and rehabilitation world by being very active and playing a number of sports – particularly football when growing up. Having suffered from injuries himself during this time, he used to Google how to recover from an injury before deciding the best course of action would be to actually learn how to recover properly!
He qualified with Honours as a level 5 soft tissue therapist from the London School of Sports Massage in 2012 and he has added a wide range of skills to his portfolio since then. Ryan has worked extensively with elite athletes in the track and field world and with 100m sprinters which has led him to travel the country and the world. Most recently he has been working with Crystal Palace football club.
He also enjoys working with desk workers as it allows him to educate about posture and the human anatomy.
In Ryan’s spare time, you can usually find him on a football pitch, taking part in events such as tough mudder, in the gym or watching sport. His lifestyle is very focused on health, fitness and wellness and he loves teaching others about the benefits of sports and fitness too.
