Christmas clinic opening hours:
We will close at 1pm on Christmas Eve and re-open on Wednesday 30th December from 9am – 2pm. We resume normal hours on Monday 4th January 2016.

STAFF UPDATE

As many of you will know Eve is expecting her first baby in February and we wish her all the best with the new arrival. Our current team will be covering in her absence and Luke (who works at the Royal Ballet School) will be increasing his hours here. Increasingly we are seeing more dancers from the shows and ballets and having Luke available for more sessions will be beneficial.

MARATHON/TRIATHLON PACKAGES

CALLING ALL MARATHON RUNNERS

Anyone training for a marathon or triathlon can take advantage of our three Marathon packages, bronze,silver and gold. These are a combination of Physiotherapy, Pilates and Sports massage offering different levels of support to help you throughout the event.

If you have just started training, advice and help to prevent injury and maximise your potential can be invaluable at this stage. Our experienced physiotherapists will be happy to answer any questions.
