Aayush is a passionate and highly skilled Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist who graduated in 2013. Since then, he has built an exceptional career spanning elite international sport and private clinical practice in London. His diverse experience makes him uniquely equipped to support clients from all walks of life—whether you're an elite athlete, weekend warrior, or someone looking to move better and live pain-free.
He has a lot of experience working in elite sports with athletes from boxing, athletics, wrestling and judo. He was part of the core medical team for the Indian Boxing Team across several major championships, including the Tokyo 2021 Olympics, Commonwealth Games 2018, and multiple World and Asian Championships. During the Tokyo Olympics, one of the female boxers under his care went on to win a bronze medal. He also helped a young javelin thrower set a Junior World Record in 2016.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma and a Master's Degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine. His approach to physiotherapy combines evidence-based practice, manual therapy, dry needling, and personalised exercise rehabilitation, with a particular focus on prehabilitation and injury prevention strategies. Aayush is ready to help you reach your goals, whether you're an athlete or simply want to improve your everyday movement.
Outside of the clinic, Aayush enjoys travelling, playing cricket, watching sports, and spending quality time with his young family.
